an MSI KT3 Ultra 2 (w/Kt333 chipset)?? Or do I have to use an AthlonXP, or Duron etc? I checked on MSI's website, and couldnt find anything either. Thanks for anyones help!!!!
Edit: They are both Socket A so I didnt know if it was compatible or not. Would I need to update the bios or anything?

If the motherboard suppports a AthlonXP (and the KT333 does) then it will support a Sempron ... the worst case scenario the motherboard incorrectly reads the chip as being a AthlonXP (which it really is underneath) ... to be absolutely sure, email MSI but id bet on it being supported.
