Is all this compatible?

By all means, also give your constructive criticism ;) This the ultra high end of my budget, I can't go a penny more! Don't worry about the graphics, I will update those in due time.

Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 "Conroe"
Asus P5B-Deluxe WiFi Version
OCZ Modstream 520W Modular PSU
Antec P180 Advanced Super-Midi Case Silver
Arctic Cooling Fan 120MM x2
ATI Radeon X800 (Probably the pro, of if I can stretch it - the xt)
2GB (2x1GB) OCZ Dual Channel DDR2 RAM 667MHz (or 800 - unsure yet)

Was going to get the Hiper Type-R Modular but found out it doesn't fit in the Antec P180! Cables are too short.

Will probably liquid cool it in due time as from what I hear, the E6600 is an impressive overclocker. Can run over 3GHz in STOCK COOLING! (Although, stock is NOT cool!)

Thoughts?

That case is almost identicle to the one i listed together for fun, except for the video card stinks in yours :) Can't you get something better? Atleast a 7900gt if you want to play games, as the rest of your rig is very nice.

an E6600 isn't totally needed, the E6300 has gotten up past 3Ghz on stock cooling also. Then you could get the video card now, instead of being stuck with a slow video card. Besides, with any Core 2 Duo it is going to be hard to have cpu limitations.

Yes i would downgrade to a E6300 or E6400 cause the cache difference really doesnt make that much of a difference in performance. And then you can overclock the processor alot and then you can have enough money to buy a 7900GT or GTX and then that will be a awesome computer.

According to Tomshardware, the 7900GT is the best graphics card for price/performance.

I wouldn't do much overclocking unless it's really needed. The 4MB Cache does sound very appealing though. 7900GT is around 180 quid on eBay which is still more than I want to pay for a DX9 card, as I will be getting the ATI R600 when it is released.
