Is american mobo compatible

Does the mobo manufactured for northern America works in Asia?or should i have to make any changes to make work?
 
then all other computer parts must work isn't it?I just asked because some electricity parts and mobile don't work and have to tweak it to make it work here
 
The only part that needs any thought is the power supply. Basically every power supply I've seen either had a switch for the different voltage or automatically switched.
 
well... a motherboard only works on DC voltages (as far as i know).. meaning, if you get a PSU for your pc that works over there,.. you'll be fine :)
