If you want a fully functional operating system disc you need to purchase it from either a computer store, best buy or walmart. The disc dell offers is a product recovery disc and it basically work for that system only. Also when you get a computer from Dell, HP, Compaq, Acer etc you dont get a disc of drivers for your mobo, sound card, video card etc so your stuck trying to find them on the internet.
