Is CPU Running Hot?

Ok So i just built a budget computer with a A6-7400k Processor, Im using CPUID HWMonitor and it says its running at about 45 degrees C. Is this a Normal temp or is there something wrong i just added Antec's Diamond Formula 7 Thermal Paste Because the stock was all screwed up.

Here Are all my specs:

Case: Cougar MX200
PSU: ThermalTake TR2 430W
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-F2A78M-HD2
CPU: A6-7400k (Not Overclocked) Running at 3.5
# of Case Fans: 4
 
Did you clean off all of the old compound? Did you just use about the size of a grain of rice when you used the new compound? What temp is it under load?
 
Those temps sound fine. If you're concerned, you can always get an aftermarket cooler.
