is Firefox made from netscape?

i was checking some new script on this link, and this one shows what browser you are using.

it shows netscape when you are using firefox.

the problem is when you use scripts that suppose to run on netscape browsers dont work on firefox browser. so firefox uses an entire different script.

FireFox is the Mozilla.org version of a Linux browser. Netscape is a separate from MS 3rd party browser like Opera also is as well. That looks like a much older site where the script is a little on the outdated side for identifying the browser you are currrenly using.
