Is It Capable?

Hello, I am getting a new PC and I'm not too sure what's good and what's not as I am new. Is this capable of running any recent games at a high graphics setting with decent fps?

Here's what I've got in mind:

Yes that would do the trick for now, should run games for a while but don't expect to max out settings on games coming out in the next few years. Custom builds are always better for being able to upgrade and game though.
