Is it dead?

So I was fiddling inside my case today adding a hard drive. I used protection against static by touching my case and all that jazz, its not like Im a n00b when it comes to building computers. :P

So I go to hit my power switch and absolutely nothing happens. I figure my power supply isnt rated high enough to accommodate for the hard drive. Ive traded the power supply out twice, the ram once, with and without the hard drives plugged in. And still, nothing. I tried different "power" buttons, reset the cmos and checked for shorts everywhere (there are none). Still, nothing/nada/zilch happens when I try and turn on my pc.

I think my motherboard decided to kill itself, its a foxconn nf4sk8aa. Before I order a new mobo, whats your guys/gals opinion? Any suggestions on how to fix?

Nah, the switch is firmly in place, and Ive tried putting switches from other computer in as well, and shorting it with a screw driver, no luck.

Unfortunately this motherboard doesnt have a led.

No, the power supplies are working (paper clip trick proves this) but I dont know why my computer isnt powering up.

Yes, on ALL 3 power supplies I have tried they are good. Even if they were slightly low at least the fans would spin up for a second or something, right?

Yep, Ive checked them all, tried different cables/connectors in different drives. Still nothing.

Ahahahaha

Of the strangest things, I would never have thought my USB bluetooth adaptor would be causing the trouble. I just noticed as I turned out the light to my room that it was glowing blue behind my computer. I figured how odd, unplugged it and out of wim pressed the power button. VI-OLA it works.

Thanks for all the help guys. This is not the first time this bluetooth adaptor has screwed up my computer, its going strait in the trash. What did I learn? Check my usb and to not buy iogear.

:D
