Is it more important to defrag the C drive than the other drives? Is the C drive the one which keeps your computer running quickly and so more important or should you defrag the other drives equally to maintain a good computer speed?

Depends entirely on what you have on your C and other drives. In general, since most programs and document folders are by default in the C drive, yes. But if you're in a habit of installing things on other drives and/or actively saving, deleting, moving and in general just changing stuff around then it's just as important and useful to defrag those drives as well.

But since other drives are generally used for backup/more permanent storage it's almost always more useful to defrag your C drive.

Unless you are always installing and uninstalling applications/games there is no need to defrag your pc more than a couple times a year. Doing it once a week will not increase performance.

Defragging is highly overrated but it makes more sense to defrag the most often used drive which is almost always the C: drive. However, if you're running an SSD you should not defrag at all.
