is it mouse or key board issue or is it windows??

hi everyoneI know that I know this is aan issue that a lot of people get but this 1 is different when I login to my computer it freezes at login screen. so I hard restart the computer and when I get to the safe mode selection screen it won't allow me to select anything because I want to try to fix this isssue...

if I can yet this looked at next couple days I'd like to I take it into the store and see what they can do about it or if I should buy another mouse and keyboard

I have a feeling I was just messin keyboard but I want to know if it's not something more than that.
 
I had a few problems with my keyboard once. Make sure it is plugged in the back/ motherboard not the case. It might help. Other wise turn it off and on again and see if it changes
 
I might have to get a wired keyboard or mouse bwcause it was oading up normally a few months ago but now its freezing up

I hate to ask such a terribly basic question but do you have wireless keyboard and mouse and are the batteries fresh?

Please do obtain a wired keyboard and mouse to test with and let us know!
 
i have fixed the issue, most lieky the battery died in both, and possibly because i looked up how to repair windows xp and now i dont have any trouble with it!!

SOLVED

i also went into the bios, and changed a few things...and allowed the keyboard to be active when slecting the safe mode!
