Is It Normal For A Wireless Card To Get Really HOT?

I Have A Wireless Card In My Laptop And I am wondering if it is normal for it to get hot??? I Decided one day just to take it out after use to see what brand and model it was and the thing was HOT! Is This Normal?

Laptops always run hot regardless but to maximize ventilation clean all vents

I've never used an add-on wireless card for a laptop but my USB wireless dongle gets pretty hot. Does your laptop get hot overall? If so it could just be transferring some heat over to the wireless card.

yeah it does get pretty hot, Like I Said I Am Going To take It To my buddies shop and clean it all out...

That sounds like a good idea. You can also try blowing it out with a compressed air can.
