Is it possible to connect an xbox to the pc?

If you mean by getting a tv card and plugging the plugs in the card then using your monitor as the screen then Yer :)
 
My aiw card lets me play things thru the scart input, for example I had my GC on there playing on a nice big screen rather than my 14" tv.
