Is it safe ???

go to C:\Documents and Settings\{My computer name}\Local settings\Temp
and delete all files in it, is it safe and good ?
If safe and good how can I do not need to do this again and again in the next time

no its not and don't ask why..lol !!..i think some programs refer to temps files back there !!..they're dependable.

Then how come its good to delete temporary files.
Disk Cleanup deletes them...

It's safe, because things there will only be deleted [eventually] by the computer, hence the name "temp". There's no way to automatically delete it, or prevent things form saving there, you just need to delete it manually.
