I wanted to clean the whole computer, so this is what happened I opened up the optical drive (liteon lightscribe), I cleaned all the dirty part of it then I clean the lens using the lens cleaner of the camera as I put it back again I try to open it up to put a disk but it wont read the disk... can someone tell me what just happened?

yeah, you hosed the drive.
those things are calibrated to be able to read the microscopic dents on the cd. by taking it apart, you probably messed it up.
just get a new one, not that expensive:
