We're neck and neck there. And this one remains on 24/7. It wouldn't even be near usually but I've been running a few things to test them out. The newer line of AMD cpus has a lower max temp then the older Socket A models. Those maxed out at about 15-20C higher then the 939 and AM2s.

i've seriously been looking at the resorator line for a couple years now. i know you can get better performance from lc if you build yourself, but i've never done it and think that an all inclusive kit would be right for a first timer.
i'm still alittle iffy about it though. anyone running liquid wanna reassure me? i got my credit card in my hand but i just can't seem to let go yet. any kit better than the resorator? and when i'm ready to move from agp to pci-e, is there much i'd have to change?

The cards are a little different in length and height at times mainly length due to the PCI-E slot. But you would see that somewhat with AGP models as well. There are separate water cooling setups for video cards themselves. Your concern will be the installation only when you picked out the correct system for your cpu along with a universal fit most likely for video cards if it goes that as well.
PCI-E cards usually have a small tab seen on the front of the card for lining the front end of the card up with the slot itself. You then lower the rear down until you have that lined up and firmly as well as evenly push the card down into the slot. The little tab at the front then serves as a lockdown for that end of the card.

i'd like to thank you for telling me how to properly seat a video card, but what the hell does that have to do with anything? ps: you forgot to tell me to touch the side of my case to get rid of the static discharge.

generally people know how to seat a video card. i was being sarcastic, sorry it was above your head. why do the majority of your posts give kindergarten answers that everybody already knows? I mean, it seems as if you've already judged EVERYONE as ignorant. Give alittle credit man, i've seated a few components in my day (even though i'm not over 50).
