Basically, I can get a mobo that supports DDR2, and has 2x 240-pin RAM slots for about £30.00. (maximum 8GB) If I buy two 2gb Sticks of RAM, then it will be full, right? (the slots, that is, not the full capacity) Whereas for double that price, I can get one with 4x 240-pin RAM slots, which will pretty much make me futureproof, allowing me to upgrade until I have about 16GB of RAM! but is it worth the extra cost for a mobo, I'm pretty sure I won't need anymore than 4gb of RAM, but the more expensive one comes with lots of nice Extras like extra USBs, and higher quality audio
Would it be worth spending a little more for that? I appreciate the fact that it will cost LOADS to fill it up to it's full capacity of RAM ;L
Thanks
