Is my Dell desktop wireless-capable?

I'm redoing my wireless home network and want to make all connections wireless. I have an older Dell Dimension 4700. How can I tell if it's wireless-capable? Do I have to get a wireless card? I found something in the system called "Wireless wizard" or something, but no visible card. Thanks in advance.

Id suggest a PCI Wireless card over the PCI-e one, as the machine has one lone PCI-e slot and its 16 lanes wide...kinda a waste on a wireless adapter

I've added memory to the beast before, so I've no problem opening up the CPU. I'll either order the thing you suggested or head to Best Buy tomorrow and see what I can get(unless you think BB should be avoided).

How far away will this computer be from the wireless router? Will there be any obstacles between them?

I have looked at best buy, their only wifi adapters are usb and overpriced, like most most best buy stuff. If you have no problem opening up the pc, than deffinatly get the internal Rosewill.

Unless the internal adapter has a line of sight with the router, I wouldn't get it. I've always recommended something like this.

That way you can have the antenna on top of your case to receive better reception. What model of wireless router do you have? Does it have external antennas?

Airport Extreme. Just bought it. We've got at least 5 devices (PC, iMac, Macbook Pro, iPads) to hook up. Plus a Canon Pixma MP990 printer. Several people told me the Airport Extreme is the best way to go. It does not have an external antenna.
The PC will be close enough to the router that it conceivably could be connected via Ethernet, but I'm tired of getting my feet tangled up in wires beneath the desk. I want to eliminate as much wireage as possible(without sacrificing connection speed, of course).

Then I would definately get one like the link I posted as you will get the best signal possible by being able to move the antenna to wherever the best signal is.
