Is my mobo SLI?

I bought my motherboard thinking it wasn't SLI, but now I'm wondering if it is actually SLI. The mobo is a "DFI Lanparty UT nF4 Ultra-D".

Thanks

To the best of my knowledge that is not SLI.
To be sure, I checked online, and found nothing to tell me otherwise.

Sorry

According to this, it supports 2 graphics card for additional displays but it doesn't support SLI..

The second big surprise is the presence of the second PCIe x16 slot - remember this is an Ultra chipset that we are looking at today, not a SLI. DFI has something that they are touting called Dual Xpress Graphics (DXG), which simply allows the addition of a second video card for an additional two displays for desktop output. Unfortunately, the official line is that it will not support SLI as there is no SLI bridge piece included with the board. By default, the lane configuration is set to x16/x2 for x16 slots but the infamous pencil trick will change it to a x8/x8 configuration. There is talk that NVIDIA will be cracking down on modded Ultra chips so buying an Ultra board in hopes of modding it to a SLI board are hampered by what NVIDIA can do on the driver side and the ability of end users to get a hold of the SLI bridge piece.

I have this motherboard and its not SLI, like liuliuboy said just supports two graphics cards, where this motherboard really shines is overclocking.

Do you guys believe that DFI will be creating another LANPARTY motherboard when AM2 comes out? I'm wondering if they will have an X2 5000+ compatibly SLi that will rival against Asus's A8N32 mobo.

Its not SLi, but you can easily mod it like liuliuboy said.

Of course this voids your warenty though...

Ya thats all you have to do is take off the chipset fan and put some conductive paint over two connectors. Thats all, and it boots and recognizes it as SLI-D

DOnt need to get a new mobo for x2 5000+ just get the bios flash to that format.

Its not SLI but can be modded for SLI

And cut a pin off the processor! AM2 has a different pin configuration to 939
Assuming of course the remaining 939 pins line up ;)
