That's pretty normal, but maybe a little warm for ~40% CPU utilization.

If you run an intensive piece of software like Intel Extreme Tuning Utility, what kind of temperature does it hit during the stress test? Also, that application has built in thermal monitoring.
 
What processor do you have? Use gpuz to test video card temp. I don't trust speed fan at all for temp readings.

Use core temp for AMD cpu and real temp for Intel cpu.
 
cpu temp is fine and so is video card. You have a 7850 running at 55 degrees Celsius, while max temp is around 90 degrees C.
