is my psu in sig okay?

i have a ultra lsp 750. it has 40 amps on the single 12v rail. im wondering if this is a good psu to run in my rig, which is in my sig, with overclocking. if not then what kinds of things should i expect from this psu, pros and cons. if its no good for this rig, then would it be good for a set up that has a e5300, 8800gt, 4 gigs of ddr2 800 ram, 2 hdd, 1 dvd burner, 3 120mm fans, 6 usb ports utilized, and a 3.5 in mem card reader. or is this psu just not good to use period. thank you for your help and opinions
 
i know that i posted this earlier but only one person really commented with teir thoughts, and seems that the thread is not getting any more responses, so i thought to make a new one to get more replies. sorry, and thank you
