Is my PSU powerful enough?

In terms of the psu, i was on a budget when buying one. so i bought the cheapest quality psu i could find (with a warrenty), that was above 450 watts , so I bought a Coolermaster 460W eXtreme Power Plus PSU , http://www.ebuyer.com/product/150596
i read in the mobo manual that its required to have at least 500wts to enable a stable system when expansions are installed.
my specs are Phenom 2 x2(x4), 2gb ddr2 1066, ati hd 4850, 1 sata drive, 1 dvd drive

yea, i dont think you have to worry. more than 500 watts is mostly for sli or crossfire. i have 3 hdds, 1 dvd, and my 8800 gts powered by a 450 watt. i think youll be good as long as it has enough pcie power adapters for that 4850.

You should be fine as long as you're not running SLI or you have
