Now that i have my 7600GT card working - my computer keeps resetting after a while or under load - is this my PSU? Its quite an old 400 atx

EDIT - Have tried playing COD 2 on it 3 times - the computer crashes and restarts every time as soon as i get past loaidng screens and get to move player.

Does this help anyone in diagnosing my problem

well it cant realy be anything other than a faulty craphics acrd (whihc i doubt) or the PSU because i can run the same stuff but using an on board VGA and no resetting happens

Automatic restart is a feature that bypasses the blue screen of death, when you bring Windows to its knees. I like to see the blue screen of death because it contains vital information regarding the reason why Windows died. You can disable the automatic restart function by going into system properties. You can do that quickly by pressing windows logo key and then Pause and break. Then go into the advanced tab, I'm not very sure as I have vista now. There should be an option to stop automatic restarts, after that you just have to wait for a crash to happen and then note down the error codes on the screen.
