Hi all,
A strange thing just happened to my PC, firstly my browser stopped responding but I could still navigate in windows. Then after a few seconds everything locked up, I have a widget on my desktop displaying hard disk space and this said "no data". It was as if I unplugged my boot drive. SO I hit the reset button and it got stuck in post where the marvel sata controller initializes. (This is where I have my vertex ssd connected). So I pulled the plug on my pc and it restarted fine, and is still running fine. Anyone ever experience anything similar? My feeling is that my marvel sata controller is gonna fail in the future or maybe it was a once off glitch. The mobo is asus p7p55d-e. Also, what is a warrenty on asus mobo's in europe if it does die, I have it 1.5 years. Thanks guys!
