hey guys,

do you think my pc is even ?

i mean like is my cpu speed holding my gfx card back?
or is my ram holding them both back?

what do you think? could i improve anything,I dont want to upgrade yet i mean like settings wise. Overclocks?

yeah but wouldnt that be pushing it a bit though? because intel only set it at 1.86Ghz,I think ive already done good getting 2.7ghz out of it.

the problem is,its always warm in our house,my current idle temp for both cores is is 43c and the cpu temp is 33c which i know for a C2D isnt realy good bit theres nothing more i can do to lower them :cool:
 
I agree with OMEGA. The CPU might not hold up now, but in some intenser games... most likely it'll bottleneck...

I'd remove a stick of RAM for dual channel if you use less than 3GB.
 
well osacr i dont plan on upgrading just yet,i want to wait for an affordable 45nm quad.

i dont think my e6300 is bottlenecking at all yet,ive played Crysis on high settings @ 1680x1050,no lag at all....cod4 maxed out.

also,why do people keep saying my ram isnt dual channel? it is i have 2x 1gb and 2x 512mb sticks,And in CPU-Z it is reported as dual channel.
