Is Plasma Active compatible with Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro?

Greetings,
Does anyone know if the new KDE Plasma Active Operating System (?) will run on the Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro ( 8.4" screen model)? Also, is the Plasma Active OS still in developmental (experimental) beta or is it complete and seen its first true release yet?

You'd have to root your tablet first I believe in order to flash a new operating system, are you comfortable with that? I did some quick searching and it looks like some people have attempted it.

Nobody has attempted it. Not with said Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro anyway... not according to that website.
