is RSEDNClient.exe spyware?

I hae been choosing today which startups I want to allow in my comp and when I googled this, I get many different stories. The definition reads:

"rsednclient.exe is a process from Red Swoosh, Inc. It is used by web sites to allow you to download files quickly and more efficiently." But still many peeps are saying its spyware...

Any ideas?

O, idk, it could be, but i think you are fine. It's one of those files that spyware hide in, but it could be clean also. Do you have Redswoosh installed?

under Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs, I find a "Red Swoosh EDN Client (remove only)" but I don't find anything under Program Files.
