is stock cooling enough?

i plan on getting a AMD 64 3000+ with the Venice core, will the stock cooling be enough? i dont plan on overclocking anytime soon, the case will have 5 fans, 3-in 2-out plus the PSU, i do forsee some about of cable clutter in the case though, as all those fans will need to be powered and whatnot...there will be an intake fan blowing cool air in the vicinity of the CPU, as well as an exhaust fan very near it, and of course the stock cooler. you guys think this will do?

Or first hand experience ;)

Hey. My processor (A64 3000+ Venice) runs at 30 Celsius max idle after being OC'd to 2.615 Mhz! At default speeds the stock HSF keeps it at about 26 Celsius idle. My fan situation is very simmilar to yours ;). In other words it will be enough.

OK I may as well list that as well. While running SUPER PI (32M) after 10 minutes the temps remained at 38 Celsius max.

Erm ... try running a Prime95 torture test ...
