I'm just curious because I always see clips of movies and tv shows on all kinds of different sites (like Myspace for instance), but i never knew if they were legal or not. I've always wanted to do this myself, but I'm not sure of the complications that come along with it.
I took a video of DOOM playing on my laptop to host and show a few friends how my laptop looks and all. Decided not to host it, since I recorded a video and I would be publicizing it. Recorded playing a game instead, pretty sure that's legal.
