Is that config good for its money?

I'm about to build a new rig but im not 100% sure what components to get.
I've chosen the following:
-Asrock Extreme 4 Gen 3
-I5-2500K /3.3G/6MB/BOX/LGA1155
-CM HYPER 212 EVO
-CORSAIR 2x4GB Vengeance DDR3 1600Mhz 1.5V
-1TB SEAGATE SATA 6G/7200/64M
-GB N670OC-2GD
-PSU CM SILENT PRO M700 /700W
-CM 690 II ADVANCE USB3.0 WINDW
-CM 120MM CASE FAN/BLUE LED/SLV X3

P.S Is the Psu overkill?

the build looks very good
but try to look for an ssd as your primary drive, it is much faster than hdd!

and no, the psu is not overkill. it is just enough for an uprade maybe but it is really good
