Is the 8800GT my best choice???

Hey guys I downloaded the Crysis demo about two weeks ago and tried it, everything is fine. I can run it in LOW at 1440x900 with the computer in my sig and Im getting 25-45 fps is that good? Will a 8800GT boost those fps? And also, I bought that PSU in the sig about 2 months ago, and I dont know what the "rail" is or what 26v and 18v and that sort of things are, didnt pay attention to that...

Deab, you could of been running it, Ultra, Super Doopa, Whoping high if you had of bought my 7950GT :P

ramodkk, Yeah, I think the 8800GT would be a huge boost! and they're a great price, if you can find one in stock!

how that when the XTX is more powerful than the 7950gt hehe :P
 
GET BACK ON TOPIC.

In short, yes your Psu will be adequate for the 8800GT. Any decent brand psu over 400watts will power it.
 
Thanks that was my only doubt at the moment, right now waiting for some evga 8800gt to be on stock next week and im ordering... Thanks for the input.
