yes, the fx-60 is better. however, MUCH more expensive.
in all aspects the fx-60 is the same thing only overclocked 200mhz, so yes it is better...

As fade2green said, the only difference in performance is that its 200Mhz faster. However, the FX60 would only be worth it if you were planning on doing some heavy overclocking, since thats why there priced so high (unlocked multiplier).

hmmmm agreed, if you were very serous about doing your ocing stuff then the fx60 is great, on the other hand it is more expensive

well... it sounds like you don't know much about cpu's, so you probably don't plan on overclocking. i suggest the 4800+ (major drop in price, smaller drop in performance.)
