is the Asrock 775i65G Socket 775 Motherboard worth getting?

i want to upgrade my mobo/cpu as i have AMD 754 at the mo and it's like flogging a dead horse nowadays, and i don't have bottomless pockets full of cash so i found this mobo which will allow me to use my old DDR memory and my AGP graphics card but will ALSO let me run a dual core intel processor. I'm not really fussed about PCI-E as i don't play many games as my machine is mostly used for referencing and downloading (eg books,diagrams,picture editing tutorials, audio/video conversions etc) http://www.xtreme-technology.com/As...otherboard-Onboard-Graphics-Sound--p-642.html

If your not going to be doing anything taxing on your system then this is a good choice to go for!

Couple quid more, can take Core 2 Duo or Quad Core CPU's

DDR or DDR2 RAM, not at same time though
AGP or PCI-e GPU, again, not at the same time.

I think it's a really good board

YES that is a nice board that would suit me well and i think it's the same as the one my mate has just got in his shop where i found the other mobo(looks like the upgrade to it)
