Is the Dell Inspiron E1705 any good?

Ive read several reviews online. Just wondering if any one has personally owned/owns it. Any major problems or drawbacks? Also does the screen have a piece of plexi glass or whatever that hard cover over the LCD is called. Like the HP notebooks have. Im looking into a used, older one with a core duo 1.7 and one gig of memory.

i loved my E1705, its great
if u wana sit back watch a movie at work, or play few games. but its not somethign to carry around, Great performance thou and much better buy then the XPS systems, cause the performance is same.

now if u looking for a laptop to carry around, i'd go for E1505, thats what I did.
