is the Geforce agp 7800 gs factory OCed's stocking fan enough to cool the card?
because i bought sapphire x1950 512mb AGP. the stocking fan is not enough to cool the card so i had to buy artic cooler x2 to cool it. but x1950 takes up too much on my CPU so i am planning on a downgrade to 7800GS. so what do you guys think?

im not an ATI fan or Nvidia fan but neither of them are better than the other...yes Nvidia are in the lead at the moment with their 8800 but soon when ATI release their new card Ati will be in the lead i say.
 
I do beleive for the most part Nvidia cards are better, but as Nevakonaza said, you shouldn't be a diehard fan of any specific brand...

As for the cooler, I don't see why you'd need more. Of course they're not going to manufacturer a card that constantly overheats :P Hehe, or I'd hope not...
