Is there a way to find previous dns ip address?

What do you mean by 'previous dns IP address' ?

Your ISP gives your router a DNS reference through DHCP.

I assume 'doesn't work' is related to things that are geoblocked like Netflix

DNS isn't going to circumvent any region locked things, you would need a VPN or some other tunneling mechanism.

I have router when i connect net cable to router and from router to pc everything works but when i connect net cable directly into pc i have to setup manualy. My router is having some net issues so i decided to use ethernet cable directly.

Are you just statically assigning the address you had from the router? It's giving you issues since the MAC is different between your PC and the router. Most ISPs won't hand out more than one external IP via DHCP which depends on the MAC address of your device.
