i could zip/rar the entire folder but i dont want to do it this way...how do i make it so each files inside the folder gets zipped/rared seperately? I have about 3000 files in the folder that i would like to do this to obviously it would take way too long to do each one individually....is there a way to do them all together but not have them in one big compressed file?

if the files are of a similar size and you use winrar you can set a maximimum file size so you have 3000 3MB rar files?
