Is there any Brontok Clearner in the Market?

hi all people there , has anyone heard of Brontok Cleaner in the market? Cause i am facing this problem , i had already reformat my pc twice or more still was hit by this brontok virus, that is why i am asking the help from people here in this forums. And also with this brontok it had make my folder option in the control panel gone as well. 1 more question is that how can i retrieve back my files and folder after i had "Shift Delete" it away? Can i do a system restore to retrieve back my files and folder? If can how should i do a system restore?
 
I think he just did a quick format then.
Look, there are 2 forms of formatting, quick format and a full format.

with a quick format, you only empty the index table of the harddisk, meaning the pc sees as if the disk is empty, but the data still exsists ( can be overwritten tough, since its seen by the pc as empty space)

a full format removes all files (well,, it should ;) ), so then really everything is deleted.

also, if you have a WD (bringing that up because i used it once) harddisk, you can download a program to test the HD,.. 1 of the options of that program is to write a '1' on all memory spaces of the HD,.. this will also destroy all the data on the HD :)

i mean... if a virus or something 'survives' a format,. im pretty sure it was a quick format.
 
Ok Thanks i still do not know there is a quick reformat. Then i need to check it out with the person who had service my computer.
