I have always found the National Institutes of Health http://www.nih.gov/
the U.S. National Library of Medicine http://www.nlm.nih.gov/pubs/factsheets/pubmed.html
and the Mayo Clinic http://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions
to be excellent, up to date, unbiased medical sources.
