Is there anything else I should/can do?

I have trend micro pc-cillin, spybot s&d, smitfraud fix, ad-aware, and housecall. I believe I have gotten off most of the spyware but my comp is still much slower that it was just a little bit ago...:(

Well, I don't know how smitfraud works, but pc-cillin and housecall probably run in the background. Having both of those probably drops your performace a bit. You could also run hijackthis and tell us what all's on your list as there's usally spyware there.

Also, if you didn't run your scans in Safe Mode, it might be worth a shot, as some can't be removed while windows is in normal mode.

Ok, here is the log...

You will need to run some scans from safemode so lets begin by downloading some programs.

Download SmitRem here http://www.downloads.subratam.org/smitRem.exe and save the file to your desktop.
Doubleclick it and choose install. This will create a new folder on your desktop with the name smitrem

Next, download Ewido http://www.ewido.net/en/download/ then set it up this way http://rstones12.geekstogo.com/ewidosetup.htm You will need this later in safe mode
Make sure to update this program.
Download ATF-Cleaner to your desktop from this link
http://www.atribune.org/content/view/19/2/ You will need it later in safe mode.

Download, install and update this free trial from Webroot Spysweeper http://www.webroot.com/shoppingcart/tryme.php?bjpc=64011&vcode=DT14

Next, please reboot your computer in Safe Mode by doing the following :

Restart your computer

After hearing your computer beep once during startup, but before the Windows icon appears, tap the F8 key continually;

Instead of Windows loading as normal, a menu with options should appear;

Select the first option, to run Windows in Safe Mode, then press "Enter".

Choose your usual account.
Make sure Spybot S&D is not running.

Now open the smitRem folder, then double click the RunThis.bat file to start the tool. Follow the prompts on screen.
Wait for the tool to complete and disk cleanup to finish.

Run Ewido and let it delete all that it finds
Run Spysweeper and let it delete what it finds.
Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
Under Main choose: Select All
Click the Empty Selected button.

Reboot into normal windows and purge the restore folder by going to 'Control Panel/ System/System Restore' and check the box ' Turn off system restore on all drives' click 'apply' and 'okay'.Reboot your computer and then enable system restore again and create a 'New Restore Point' by going to 'Start/Programs/Accessories/System Tools/System Restore'.

Then proceed to 'add/remove programs' and uninstall all versions of 'Java'.You are using an outdated version and go here to install an up to date version http://java.com/en/download/manual.jsp
