ok i have this old comp tried to play bf2..wouldent budge but it played Army ops :D

anyways I was wondering what I could do to it..to make it better...
k lets get started with spec's..

Cpu:478 2.54 GHz P4
RAM:512 mb
GPu:4800Ti :*(
Mobo:idk lol has 3 pci 478 socket 1 agp..really suxors
psu:some random 250W
Sound Card:sound blaster audigy..the one thats 64$..??
H.D.D:60.0 G.b maxtor

umm..i think thats pretty much it..if I forgot something plz let me know.

P.s Im going to Be using this along with my new comp in a lan set up..
I only need it to play WoW and Army ops because it works decently now but going to need some things lol...

oh..pps plz dont post "just get a new comp" lol thats not an option i need to fix this one up with about 500$? idk what I can get with that right now im mailny focusing on my main comp..

I agree, better gfx card and maybe another 512MB of RAM. A new mobo might help for better features too, possibly more overclocking potential. That PSU might need to be trashed though, 250w is too small if you are gonna uppgrade alot.
 
New PSU, 1 GB of RAM (although you can play with 512MB, it's probably better with 1GB) and a new videocard. If we could know the actual motherboard name we might be able to see what it can take. How old is your PC??
 
I need a new HDD because I only have like 17 gb left lol...

Video card...which one would be nice because its agp and all??

Psu 500W if possible..you guys think i could get a 500 ish watter on this?


p.s i have no clue what mobo it is i bought the comp when i was an idiotic kid with no idea how to set up a self built comp...
