My father is having a problem with his computer. It keeps rebooting about a minute after booting up. He thinks it's a virus, but then again, it started immediantly aftera big thunderstorm, so it just as easily could have been surged. What my father is asking me to research is whether or not a virus exits that does this (even an old one), because if it doesn't, then it was surged. Any thoughts?
