Is this decent for 530 quid? I am hoping to run games like Battlefield 4, Rimworld and similiar games. Any advice appreciated

You should be ok with that PC, just don't expect high settings in games like Battlefield 4, expect low settings.

you can spend £25 on SSD and install it yourself

The first link you provided has more options of CPU's so if selected it could be better than that machine. However, I wouldn't touch a Lenovo with a 25 foot pole after what they were doing in the past and probably still now. Even if it's possible to remove it. Not worth the hassle.
