Not bad, though I would switch out the Kingston memory for some Corsair XMS. About the motherboard; I would suggest saving your money and just getting a Gigabyte GA-965P-DS3.

what is the difference between the "s3", and "ds3" ????? the only thing i see from spec. is the s3 is quad-core capable and the ds3 is not is this the only difference?

and the 965p, 965g?? and the 965g has onboard video?

1. The S3 has slightly lower quality capacitors.
2. That is the one I suggested.
3. While it has the higher quality capacitors, it has a different northbridge that supports integrated graphics. While that may seem like a good addition, it makes it significantly worse at overclocking.

The Kingston memory isn't that bad, it is just the Corsair memory is much better. Kingston memory used to be the best back when DDR was new, but with DDR2 Corsair has taken that crown.

I really don't think that you will be able to tell any difference between the E6300 and the E6400.

e6400 is slightly better and from what I hear and have seen it OC's to 3.2 better than the e6300.
