It looks pretty good but I'd get an i7 4770K and a Z87 motherboard (preferably not an ASRock too, maybe an ASUS or a Gigabyte) just because you want to buy the latest stuff.

850W power supply is overkill for a single 780 but if you intend to go SLI in the future then it's good.

You need Windows 7 Pro or Ultimate with 16GB+ RAM. With Home, Windows will only be detecting and using 13GB since you've got 16GB of RAM and a 3GB graphics card. With Pro or Ultimate, you'll be using all 16GB.

It's actually $650 but it's what you expect to pay for one of the higher-end NVIDIA cards. It's currently one of the very fastest cards on the market.
 
I would wait a few days. In 5 days the AMD R9 290X should be released, and if the pricing leaks and performance rumours are true, it should be cheaper and better than the GTX 780.
Newegg accidentally wrote $699 in the source code of their website, and the performance is rumoured to be on par with the Titan. Most big reviewers are even calling it the Titan-killer.
If it's not as good as rumoured, just go with the GTX 780. I'm just saying you should wait untill it's been proberly reviewed.

Ouch, yea I mean $650. The video card must be a computer system itself.
 
All looks good to me, very similar to the build i just finished :). If you want all new stuff go 4770k but there is hardly much difference between the 3770k + 4770k really.

Only thing i would change is the dvd drives, do you really need 2?
