Unless you are planning on overclocking that HD6850, you would get a better bang for your buck with the EVGA GTX460 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130575. That way if you are unsure about overclocking the ATI it would be a safe bet just to stick with something that is factory overclocked.
