GTA SA has really low recommended system requirements, you should be able to run at the games maximum fps whilst in full resolution and detail with that setup

i wouldn't say that that's worth 500 though, but it should max sa i guess. and the m normally means mobile which is less powerful than the regular, is this a laptop.
