i saw a brand new nvidia geforce 9300gs with 512mb on ebay with a buy it now of $35 and $10 for shipping. u think this can run games pretty good? and it also has a one year warranty

Not really, you can't expect a anything that cheap to "run games pretty good". You might look at something like this, which would be quite a bit better for gaming:

Anything in the 300 and 400 series - can be found in models integrated in
motherboard. And the ones they integrate have only enough power for watching
videos - they go up to fillrate of about 4 billion/s.

A 7600 GT sells used for $25 and has a fillrate of 6.7 bill/s.

For gaming you should get fillrate of 20 bill/s and up: 8800, 9600GT, 9800, 260.

You can get a PNY 9600gt with 1Gig of RAM of Tigerdirect for about $55 plus shipping. That would be a good low cost gaming card capable of playing almost all current games very well. I wouldn't get the 8600 GT that PohTayToez gave a link for since it only has 256MB of memory which is going to cripple you with many games.

You could easily do better from Newegg, if you want one that can run crysis on high try to go for a 9400gt or higher

Well first does your mobo support SLI or CrossFire?
Then go check out Newegg or Tigerdirect.
