Is this a good Deal?

I just bought a AMD 965 Black Edition CPU.

But, I found a guy that sells the same CPU plus 2 x 2GB OCZ 12800 at 1600mhz ddr3 memory for a package price of $160.

Should I buy, and maybe re-sell or use one of my CPUs for overclock testing???

So, from the price I grabbed off of newegg $160 is cheaper then the CPU. So, I'd say it's worth it. I would say resell it CPU, or return the one you bought if you can. If you can spare the cash then I'd say (LUCKY BASTARD!) keep the CPU if you are nervous about OCing.
