I am still using the motherboard right now but If he decides to buy these I will use the money to buy me a new motherboard. I am asking 200 dollars (I bought the 7600 1 month ago for 200 dollars  and he is going to order the rest of the computer from newegg for an additional 200 including vista 80 Gig of 7200 8MB cache sata II a windowed case w/LEDs and dvdand cd burner. so...

I agree with Kilauea, what does he intend to do with it. For word processing/internet use that computer will be more than adequate. It looks as if it would even do well as a light gaming rig. Also, what are the specs on that PSU? (amperage on the +12(s) and what not).

well he's mainly goingto be using it for internet browsing and like you said probably light gaming, that was my configuration 1 month ago and I can tell you it's pretty good plays half life2 and counter strike source on fairly high settings smoothly also plays rome totalwar very well. I think he like to run scripts on chat rooms like booter programs and stuff too, I dont know much about that stuff though the PSU 18 amps on +12v one and two
max power +3.3v / 17A, +5v / 22A, +5VSB 2A. If thats what you meant on the psu ?

Well, if that computer worked well for you, I see no reason why it wouldn't work for him too. Sure enough its a computer that would be paid 350-400$, so you can't expect performances of one paid 1000$. As an example, here is a computer someone is trying to build for as cheap as possible http://www.computerforum.com/82422-my-friend-needs-computer-pre-built-300-less.html#post639495
Compared to that 303$ computer, the one you are suggesting seems like such a deal.

Amperage on the PSU is fine, but a higher wattage PSU may be desirable for that system, especially if you want to upgrade eventually.
