Is this a good enough PSU to power the 7800gtx well?

As the sticky says, Wattage doesn't mean jack. You want at least 24A on the 12V rail. But yours look ok to me.
 
i've got a question.
if it says like 12v and 12v with a small 2 on the bottom right of it, what does it mean? And how do you figure out the amount of amps on the ?dual? 12v rails?
 
So if the two 12v rails have the same amp, do you add them up to get the total amount of amps on the 12v rail?? so 12v(1) with 18amp and 12v(2) with 18amp would be the same as a single 12v rail with 36amps??
